Inaccuracies

We try to present the most recent, accurate and reliable information on our website at all times.  Any errors are wholly unintentional, and we apologize if erroneous information is reflected in merchandise price, item availability, or in any way that affects your individual order. In the event a 505finds.com product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or systems error, 505finds.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.  505finds.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, 505finds.com shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Secure Shopping

When ordering with 505finds.com, we want you to feel confident that your personal information and credit card data is completely safe.  On 505finds.com, we employ 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology that safely encrypts all of your private information when placing an order and guarantees it is sent securely into our systems to be processed. Please note that email is not encrypted   and is not considered a secure means of transmitting credit card numbers. We will never ask for sensitive information via email.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love the products you order from us!  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow the following return policies.  Returns are accepted   within 30 days of the date of sale.  Returns will be processed back to the original method of payment used.  Once the product is returned to 505 Imports, LLC we will email you with confirmation and proceed with processing your refund.  Refunds can take approximately 2-3 weeks to process.  Postage and shipping costs are non-refundable.  Please complete the return and exchange form, and include a copy of your original receipt with your merchandise.  Ship your package using a trackable and insured shipping method.

If you are requesting an exchange, we will waive the shipping costs associated with sending the new product out to you.  Exchanged products cannot be guaranteed to be in stock at the time of the exchange.

Shipping Policies

Most in stock items ship within 24-48 hours of ordering.  Should there be any shipping delay, you will be notified within 48 hours.  Once shipped, orders are generally received within 5-7 business days.  We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.  We currently only ship to the 48 continental states in the U.S. (Alaska and Hawaii excluded from U.S. shipping).  However, if you live outside of these 48 U.S. states and wish to order our products, please call or email us for a shipping quote.  Furniture and other oversized, heavy items may incur an additional shipping surcharge.

We use UPS for all shipments.  Signature is required upon delivery. UPS will make three delivery attempts to your shipping address. After the third attempt, they will hold the package at their warehouse for you to pick up. 505finds.com is not responsible for additional shipping fees if you do not pick up your package. Customers may choose to waive the signature requirement by selecting the "Ship with no signature required" button at checkout. You should be aware that if you choose this option that you are releasing 505finds.com from any responsibility for the package once it is dropped off at your door. Please note, UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes.

Overnight delivery orders placed on Friday by 10:00 AM will arrive on Monday.   Please note that Overnight Delivery, Two-Day Delivery and Three-Day Delivery   refers only to delivery time and not to the time needed to prepare your order.  While most orders are ready for shipping within one day of ordering, some orders take additional time.   

Payment and Taxes

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.  Taxes will be applicable for all orders shipped within the state of Louisiana.
