505 Imports is a specialty furniture and home décor retail store located in Lake Charles, LA.We opened in May of 2005…and have steadily been growing ever since.The owners and staff of 505 design, develop, create and produce many of our own products.After getting our products featured in several national magazines, we decided to branch out into online sales…that’s when 505finds.com was born!
Where are the 505finds products produced?
We seek out products from all over the world.Rebekah, co-owner of 505, travels abroad quite frequently researching new trends and having unique, new products produced just for you!VisitRebekah’s travel page to view photos from her recent trips. What does it mean when it says “one of a kind” on the product description?
If an item is considered “one of a kind” it means that the item may slightly vary in design or color from the photo shown for that item.One of a kind items are truly…one of kind!Typically, these products are made from reclaimed resources that cannot be replicated in any exact pattern or form.If you are concerned that the item you are ordering may not look exactly like the thumbnail photo, feel free to email us first, and we can shoot you a photo of the exact product you would receive.
Are your products considered “green”?
We strive to make many of our products eco-friendly and eco-chic.All products made from reclaimed wood or other reclaimed resources are considered green.We also use eco-friendly sealers and stains on our stained products…making them safe for you and our environment.
If a product is out of stock will it ever be available again?
Hmmm…maybe!Sometimes we produce products that cannot be produced again, due to the reclaimed materials used, etc.If you have a question about a particular product that has been discontinued feel free to contact us for more info!
I just ordered a product.How long does it take to process the order?
Your order will be processed within 24-48 hours.Shipping usually takes an additional 5-7 days.However, we do not process orders or ship on Saturdays, Sunday or holidays.
I am interested in one of the products that I saw in theNew Arrivals section of your 505 Imports retail showroom. Are these products available online as well?

I received my order but it wasn’t exactly what I was looking for… What is the return process?
We want you to LOVE the products you order from us, so we will gladly accept returns if you are not satisfied.Returns are accepted within 30 days from your receipt date—the ship date.When you received your product there was a return card with your package.Follow the instructions on the card.If you misplaced your return card, you can download one here .
What types of payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
Will I be charged sales tax on my order?
Sales tax is only charged on orders shipped to residents of Louisiana.Residents of Louisiana will be charged a 9% sales tax.
